If you have an issues with any of the AvesTerra services, please submit a support request ticket using the UIS JIRA web application:

Once logged in you can view/edit existing issues or create a new issue.

When creating a new issue, you can select an appropiate Issue Type from the following options:

  • New Feature
    Suggest new features for future development
  • Bug
    Report a bug in one of the Ternion application platforms
  • Question
    Ask a question of the AvesTerra developers/administrators
  • Task
    Request an action be taken (e.g. grant access to an application for a specific user)

Once your issue is created, you can monitor progress via the JIRA web site and/or receive emails when updates are made.
